After I tried many of their offered services and different price classes, I can 100% tell you to not even try their bad service. I've complacomp at them many times and they always gave me the same excuse "we are sorry pleapl wait up to 72h" and at the end they cancel the orders?!

Garbage services - FOLLOWIZ does not actually provide the majority if any of their own services. They simply resell the services from other panels and providers. In addition to this they never appear to actually test the services they offer, and will often add crap for it only to be removed within several days or a couple weeks.

Unhelpful Support - Their support team does respond within 24 hours, however, beyond telling you that your request has been forwarded to the service provider and to wait for 72 hours there's absolutely nothing they can do to help. To get an order refunded with issues like this typically will take a week or two of nagging them to cancel the order that they are incapable of completing.

Initially I had a great working relationship with this company, but I guess contacting them over Skype with a constant array of problems became too much since they blocked all Skype communication with my business about 8 months ago.

Unfortunately there's a lot of SMM panels that offer terrible untested services and Followiz is one of them. Pretty crazy how big this panel has gotten considering the worthless services & support they provide.

Hi moobs, we stopped using skype to because people were using skype and the ticket system to post duplicate issue. It is simpler to use the ticket system only. When we add a service, it's cause we have tested it previously. It is very possible that it get's "bad" once we have it on site. We try to track the services, but as you might know it's hard to spot the faulty one very quickly. We are trying to find ways to avoid that this kind of issue might happen.
