success rate depends on the platform you are targetting, the niche, whether they are set to moderate, if you are banned by akismet and so on and so on. Its always a bit of a lottery when commenting but if you do 50k you should get a good few links back even if you have everything setup wrong lol

Yes exactly as Jimbo said, it depends on a lot of different factors especially what you write in your comment. But here's a good example:
I've seen stuff like that approved on a massive scale, and slip right through the most hardcore blog moderators. It's just as applicable if you hit a blog post on Cats, or one on SEO.
I done 2 runs on a new domain about a fortnight ago like that, it's got 2,300 links showing in Yahoo.

Ok..I have a few questions about this product...please forgive me..Iam totally new at this kinda stuff.. I think I understand the url harvesting part..and I have used prstorm so I get the pinging part..but I have a question about the comments part of it..basically how does this work...its it fully automatic?do I write a series of possible comments and it rotates trough this and posts one randomly? Does it break captcha? or does it just move on to the next possible blog/post/whatever? Also..does this supply proxies or do I have to find my own list and import them?
Sorry if this questions seem stupid..but like I said..Im totally new at anything like this..

No there isn't any need. Most of the blogs don't use captchas.

You need to get your own.

hi, can u explain a little bit about the ping mode /pr storm function of this tool, i still confuse even after read the user guide. there are 2 file in ping mode : 1 is my sites url other one is blog list? i know the my sites part but confuse about the blog list, how can i get the list, (i know i have to use the harvester to get it) but what footprint i have to use to get that list, is it simply type my keyword in harvester and ping the result generate from harvester? and for the rss submit related with autocommenter, do i have to sort only the succesfull posting blog before using rss submit function? please explain, i pm u yesterday but no reply yet. honestly i think this scrapebox really powerfull , and have many function in 1 simple interface is really great and saving a lot of times,and the updated very fast. i just confuse with the pr storm function. 1 more thing can u make guide that more noob friendly that have step by step and example , the current one is good but missing the example part!

I just bought it.
I need software like this to cut down the time I've been spending to promote/seo my sites.
IMHO, the auto comment function alone is worth that price if it does what she says it will do.
I have never used PRstorm in my life , so I'm not sure how specifically it will help my sites. To be honest, I'm only interested in the auto comment but it is always good to learn to use another software that will make my life easier.
I'll provide a thorough review after my software is activated. I have high hopes for this software.

In the footprint library, i have included 2 footprints for referrer logs to get you started. One is for .Edu domains, one is for general stats pages, so really you just select one of those from the drop down and click the Harvest button. Also in the Ping Mode folder, there is two example files one with your domain and one with referrer log URL's.
You load those 2 files, and click "Start Ping".
I'm going to beef up the documentation today to make it more noob friendly. I've been working so much on improving the app, so today i will bring the docs up to date with all the new features.
When i approved your license, i sent you an email which contains the links to download and to the users guide. So you can grab the upgrade from there.
I just bought it.

This software is being used on a older toshiba a105 with a fresh install of xp home and a 10mb downline with a 800kb upline.
1. Purchasing...painless...easy checkout no issues
2. Activation..considering this was done manually..surprisingly fast..less than four hours ( remember the seller is human and Im sure times will very from person to person)
* also should noted the application seems to call home at start-up to verify license*
3. Small test run on one of my personal blogs
Found myself a list of proxies...mostly crap I found via google and imported it
Edited the the website.txt, comment.txt,etc. and loaded them
In the harvester section I entered "site:mysite.com"
for the radio button I choose wordpress and in the search engine/proxy section I choose google, use proxies, and 100 results.
OK..its set and Iam ready..lets harvest!
......seems alittle slow...but I would assume that would be because of the crap proxies that Iam using..but nonetheless it has found my site and all the pages that I know are indexed on google are there...export url list..and load it in the comment poster section....now..the moment of truth..lets see if it works..click start posting..hey look.it seems to be working.
about 50% success
40% failed
10% not found...not found?!?..* I have to assume this is due to the crap proxies*
Now to check see if it really worked..log into the blogs back-end and SSSCCCOOORRRREEE!!! I see my posts waiting to be excepted..nice!
Now..personally the auto posting is what Iam after with this app and I have proven to myself that yes it does work, that said ...I do have issues with it hanging while harvesting, posting and pinging...this to I could blame on the proxies Iam using...so I dont blame the app at all on that BUT...man-o-man..it sure does seem to crash alot..there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the crashes..but they are annoying...yes Im saving the crash logs and when I have collected a bit more I will send them to the seller.
*should be noted that sense I have purchased this there has been 2-3 builds released and as this gets more and more refined Im sure the issues I have personally had with it will be ironed out*
What I would like to see
a little more stability
a clear video tutorial on the uses of the program and a explanation movable type setting ( sorry ..Iam sure this is obvious to some..but Im clueless on this)
Over all this is well worth the money, If I were to give it a grade it it would be a B-..only because of the crashes I get...nothing like harvesting for 30 minutes and have it crash when I go to export the list lol.

Thanks for your honest comments, it's much appreciated.
Yes proxies can have a big impact, the program can only fetch/post as fast as the connection through the proxy will allow. When using free proxies found in public lists, chances are they will be slow.
The proxy checker was enhanced today to discard proxies that do infact work, but have ridiculous ping times up in the X,000ms range.
Also you can raise the "Threads" setting, which will make it do more simultaneous connections aka work a lot faster..
Now.. With posting to your own Wordpress blog, there is a flood protection built in to Wordpress that goes to a page that says "Slow down your posting too fast" if you hit it with 2 comments within a minute using some of the same credentials which is the likely cause of the failures.
If you want i can let you know what to edit in your Wordpress php so you can flood it.
The proxies "shouldn't" cause crashes, it sounds more like something else locally on your machine interacting with the TCP stack considering it's happening on all modules and this is the only similar report of it's kind.
Please email me the crash logs, i will take a look at them right now and if it is indeed a bug with the program it will be fixed within the hour.
Edit: Yes from the partial logs forwarded so far, it's completely isolated to something running on your machine and a .dll that's not even part of ScrapeBox. When you send me the full crash dump i'll be able to provide a solution.
