Microsoft SKYPE WORST EVER

It also freezes and closes itself many times!
Closing msn and converting it to skype, worst decision in human history.

The only good thing that Microsoft ever did is an xbox. They spoiled Skype.
 
I didn't even know people still used Skype until I joined the IM community.

It's Discord all the way.
 
Latest version has a lag to display new message
They are not displayed till the time you bring the skype window and click any contact.
I am moving to telegram

I am also thinking of switching to telegram.
But telegram does not provide video calling right? Or does it and my current phone does not support it?

Discord is pretty good too. But I haven't had a hang of it. Yet. Need to use it more.
But a good thing is. I am not firm on using just one contact.

It's very effective to have multiple contact ways.
Discord. Telegram. Email. (Anything that alot of people use?)

Oh and Google Hangouts sucks balls too...

I don't think Telegram does video nor audio calls. Only audio files.

Skypee does what it does and that's why people like it. If I were Telegram I'd do a video system and completely destroy sky pee. Telegram is the best messenger around.
 
Have you logged onto any other device using the same ID before?

No telegram does have audio on mobile.
Why haven't that opted for video call on all platforms?

For video calls/group call/screen sharing we use appear.in ( i am not affiliated to them in any way). For other stuffs we use telegram. Works quite well for our company. Another good thing about appear is that you can have the conversation in browser. No extra apps needed. Anyone with an email ID can join too.

Edit: Btw, telegram does support audio calling, in case you missed it.
 
Whats up with telegram ? It doesnt make any sense to use it, remember we use skype because everyone uses skype. Nobody use telegram in my friends.
 
is all written in that guide. You need to download skype 7.41.32.101(the link is from a 3rd party but it seems safe). Then just run it. It works fine for me. Until couple a weeks ago there was a tweak. After installing create a shortcut, click on properties and put your user/pass in the target field. Now it asking for an update with that trick.

Btw, I'm on Win7

I downloaded 7.41 and many previous versions but it always show up this message:

It seems it doesn't work anymore for Win 10. From what I read on reddit it seems it only works on win 7x64. Even so, there are users who claim it doesn't work for new installations. I guess I'm lucky. If you want to test it out just put win7 iso on a virtual box and see how it goes.
