Facebook Ads Library Now Available

Facebook has now made it available for you to see competitors ads campaigns. I don't know if you realize the epicness of this, but you can literally make your own case studies and spend your ad dollars so much more efficiently now.

Looks cool, just a big database of paid ad campaigns.

However, you have been able to see your competitors facebook ads for a long time now. Just visit the business facebook page, click 'info and ads' and it will show you all the live ads they're running.

OP the url you have shared doesnt show ads, I searched "antivirus" and "security" 0 ads came lol

That search brings up pages (my guess is the most popular ones) and once you select whichever page it gives you details. Def shows results for antivirus.

What I can't figure out is why it shows different results. For some ads, it will show the amount of money spent and the reach it had on its target. But a lot don't

Those are pages not ads!

It's important to note that this is only for Political and Important Issues and doesn't include all ads so for topics like 'antivirus' you won't get many good results:

"See data for all ads related to politics or issues of national importance:
The Library contains data on every active and inactive ad related to politics or issues of national importance that's run since May 2018. We'll keep each of these ads in the Library for seven years."

Those are pages not ads!

When clicking on a page you can see some of the ads they are running. That doesn't include variations and possibly different ads from the same ad set.
