Hello, i have bought a 5 Proxy package some hours ago and i am still not able to use them.
They were activated almost immediately, but i can not choose the location as advertised in the checkout, so i did not try any of those yet.
Please reply to the Ticket #XXX754 and help me with this issue.
some constructional criticism:
when it says "you can choose cities after purchase" i expect it to NOT waste the advertized free monthly proxy change directly after buying.
Also a live ticker with available proxy locations would be nice, this way i would've known beforehand that my desired location is not available right now, if the message wasn't a bug on the page.

problem was solved no questions asked
took around 2 hours to initially answer my ticket, after that i got answers within 10 minutes. thats very acceptable
locations which i couldn't choose from my side were assigned by the support

When I ordered mine I waited hours and I needed it immediately so I ordered from another provider instead... Just dont say it's instant if it isn't.
