The original listing has been changed even though most of our orders are setup instantly we don't guarantee it with all. This is also been reflected in our Terms.

Hi there, I brought a plan yesterday but didn't work for my purpose so I openned a ticket to be refund.
I spend only few hours between registration and openning the ticket and now it's been more than 24hours without any response or anything.

If you opened a ticket there is nothing else you need to do, the refund should've already been handled by now.

Is it just me or has the site been down since yesterday? I keep getting 502 Bad Gateway error.

The site is working fine now, they were doing upgrades :)
 
Good service unfortunately super slow support, had hard time to contact everytime proxies got timed out or fully down. Took days to respond, sadly, need a better support really.

Do you have any proxies in the USA - Florida region that would work for Facebook ads?

I think a private, static residential proxy would work best. Possibly a datacenter proxy could work. Let me know what you have.

They definitely have to be static, and private.
