Howdy all, i was a visitor to this forum when at that time i saw some people talking good stuff about this company. I went ahead a rented several servers over time.
All went well(apart from 1 or 2 minor issues over time) for a long period of time.

Now, my servers are offline for several days, no one answers although i tried contacting them by all means(phone, email, tickets, social networks).

Is anyone here experiencing the same problem?
Thks in advance

They probably moved the servers again and forgot to tell the customers. Not the first time it happens.

My suggestion is to leave them and find another hosting provider. Plenty of options out there.

time to find a better provider

If you have the backup, move to another provider.

Sharkservers is a joke, they call their hosting was "Offshore" they don't are offshore. Most of their servers are on UK.

UK Servers aren't offshore, is a big and huge risk hosting something on UK specially when your website is about streaming, warez linking etc.

People believe that they are safe, but they aren't safe. That is a joke, pure illusion.

Who have their website hosted in Sharkservers and if the content of your website is warez niche, my friend is better you move on and faster...

Just a warning, UK is DMCA-Friendly. PIPCU just google it and you will see people being arrested in UK for piracy.

By the way Getrektmate, do you know any Offshore hosting that ignores DMCA?

Looks like the shop is shut, there are quite a few server providers in BHW itself, hope you have a copy of your website

Lets move hosts.

I don´t get it, i was not even warned about this. I didn´t even have a backup...

I understand that sometimes things go wrong and a company goes under, but not notifying your customers is a dick move.

anyone know how i can get my files back from them? i don't have any back up.:(

i know this provider from hf.. i used them in past they are not offhsore.. they was in Bulgaria then UK and now Netherlands probably.. since they are resellers all ISP's are banning them.. this post is real https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/sharkservers-is-dead.1103199/#post-11884110
if you think i have something against them see here the posts of others used them and the links shared or over google and you will see all talking against them with the most bad worlds.. not safe for using them at all and they are under other name too..

3 weeks and no support everything offline. Their website is offline, cpanel is offline. All of my money sites are offline its been 3 weeks. No update from support or emails.

Worst hosting provider ever. If and whenever they come back online i am moving my sites asap

Let me address all the quoted replies below. I know the original owner of SharkServers personally, so I may be able to give a bit of an insight of what happened, why and what will happen.

Servers in the UK were behind several IP tunnels from Russia, Ukraine and such. Any server that was showing directly exposed UK IP was not running any DMCA content, so was safe from any law enforcement.

They tried sell to their brand while ago :D (Not sure if it was sold or not), but it's obvious that they can't run the company anymore :D

Indeed. And it was sold, although right now it has been bought back. More on that later in my reply.

Any hosting company would tell their customers that they are responsible for making their own backups, as is also the case here. This is in everyone's terms and conditions.

I understand that sometimes things go wrong and a company goes under, but not notifying your customers is a dick move.

The original owner (the guy I know) had major issues with his family and was on the edge of a mental breakdown. That's as much as I can say for now.

As per my reply to Sabino Rocha, users are responsible for backing up their data. All hosting companies have this in their terms and conditions that they're not liable for data loss.

SharkServers has never had any servers in Bulgaria. There were two datacenters since 2014 - one in the UK, and one in the Netherlands. It also wasn't on HF until about June 2019. This was a move by the new owner who made a massive mistake by trying to do bulletproof hosting and attracting bad actors in the process, causing large scale DDoS attacks (incoming and outgoing).

Just recently there has been negotiation between the original owner and the guy who bought SharkServers from him, and it has been agreed that the original owner would take the business back, as he has now sorted out his issues in life, albeit at cost - he's no longer with his two kids, and has separated from his girlfriend of 10 years. However, his head is in the right place now, and he can focus on work. Remember, in the beginning you all praised SharkServers as a very good host and the support was always near instant until the problems started, so please try to understand that there are things you don't know about, and while he would have loved to have kept you informed, it was simply impossible due to the circumstances at the time.

As the original owner is preparing to take back the business, he will be trying to recover the SharkServers account on BHW to address any and all issues you're concerned about, so please try to be understanding - he's been through a lot, and he's willing to make things right.
