Could you refund order 16187801 please? Support just tells me "Oh it's working but slowly", "please give it 48 hours" but it's meant to be a 1 hour service start. I placed that order 5 days ago as a test to see if twitter favourites would work before a bigger order. Support never reads the entire support message or just ignores what you write.

Both are orders of facebook page likes service that has just been taken down from the panel. It stated 20% drop rate but im having more than 50% of drops. Just refund completely because some of the cancelled orders few hours ago just started having another series of massive drops. Give it another day or 2 i think 90% or more of the likes would be gone.

Also adding order 16472772: Ordered 500 YouTube likes, your own systems start count is at 339, actual like numbers are barely any higher - yet it's marked as complete?

Entire services list needs to be refreshed and get rid of things that aren't working.

edit: Instantly get a response by support that 'your order has been completed' - again, they didn't read or check anything?

One response I get is: "we do not fix the orders here in chat support. We forward your requests to the provider to be resolved or canceled." - I feel like this should be mentioned as a note somewhere, such a shame this panel is let down by support since when it works, it does it really well.

Please refer especially to 82539. You guys cancelled and refunded the remaining uncompleted dripped runs only but did not refund the completed ones. Please check the dripfeed id again, the completed runs (2) added around 2000 likes but now it has dropped 1800 likes, that's way more than 20% of drop as described in the service previously and I have yet to get a single cent of refund for the completed runs.
