Hey Glad you are here to help us newbys. I hitted 700 Followers after a month yesterday. (110 Posts ~ 18% Engagementrating with >80 Likes almost everytime )

In my opinion they might not be logical at this time.
When spending $ you need to look at your ROI so you have to ask yourself will a shout out produce a ROI ? And is the time that you will need to spend finding a proper person to promote for your page is it worth it?

Find your favorite CPA network and see what offer matches your niche. Or if you can not find something related then make something to sell your audience.

** And for others when growing an account before you start you should already have a game plan. I notice this a lot people will spend the $ up front and spend countless hours growing, building and promoting without an end game plan in sight. Before starting set goals for yourself.

2. Is 10.7k organic followers enough to reach out to smaller brands? Or is it more niche dependent? I have a meme/influencer type of page. And I was wondering if I should start DMing/posting at people or if I should focus on getting over 100k before I worry about any of that. Any opinions are appreciated.

I would change the password up every 200 accounts or so , however I have in the past used the same password with 500 accounts without any issue.
I would assume however if your being 100% safe down to every detail then you could change the password for each account but not necessary in my opinion

1. It is not uncommon for people to log into their accounts from multiple ip address , so just be sure that your proxy is clean ( as sure as possible) be sure you stay logged in on your end and when selecting a proxy make sure its country specific this is what I have ensured and I have not had any issues ** knocks on wood***
*** Most of all be professional , clients will want you to grow ,grow,grow DO NOT push the boundaries with other peoples accounts.

2. This one is debated between myself and my partners alot , my stance is compile a list of people you want to work with 50 or so and contact them all. On the first offer be sure it is good so you can build a long lasting partnership.

** Note when trying to work with "influencers" DO YOUR HOMEWORK make sure the engagement is realistic if you see a post of a snowflake with 15k likes and 20 comments thats suspicious also do not rely on tools to tell you if an account is fake they are easy to full. Also be sure to look at their account age and metrics to insure they are the real deal. *** Most of all if you see a person selling slots of bio links watch the account and contact others that worked with them in the past , if they had a poor time trust me they will tell you ... If you contact them and they say nothing you might have a winner because people always hide the winners <----

Only this method alone I would not recommend ,
However what I will recommend is combining this method along with other forms of engagements. Your follow back ratio should be 20%+ if not your targeting is off and you need to compile a better target list.

Double check your rate , in my opinion the days of aggressive settings are dead unless you want to burn accounts and proxies.
1. Are you following / liking? ( pick one and stick with it and rotate)
2.Keep actions low
3. Are the accounts new?
4. Are the accounts PVA
***5. Do not get in a hurry IG is a long game

Do not make all of those changes so fast, especially the link.
Also losing accounts will happen it's enviable. Your going to lose accounts just how it goes friend. DO NOT stop just get more and keep going..

Yes absolutely mix it up , possibly do follow / unfollow 4 hours then break then do some likes etc... so on and so forth

However from my experience likes produce likes on your pages and follows produce followers
