As I have already answered your question through PM:
'This is explained at the 5.5 section in the manual. You can select Joomla GP links, Normal Guest Post links, Profiles and/or Comments. You are not required to do anything at all for these links, our database that is being updated pretty often will give you a group of backlinks (sorted and filtered according to your website category) from where you can select on which of those you want to have the content posted.'
