I was pissed off because my tickets were closed 2 times and i still stand behind my words, but thank you for resolving the issue. When those situations happens it's pointless to talk to your support because it seems like they can't do anything but reply...

I initially gave you a recommendation and thumbs up as the initial payment and tests seemed smooth and my first encounter with your service seemed good. I'm waivering if I want to change my review as I've had a few issues and can't seem to get proper attention from your support staff.

May I ask some questions about your services?

1. If these are(entirely??) bot followers, why do so many unfollow so quickly? Some of your stats show that as many as 40% drop off after following you. Why would this happen?

2. In the last month, I tested a variety of your services. For Instagram, I ordered nearly 20, 000 spread over a few accounts -- and I experienced around a 90% drop rate. I sent a support ticket and got a short, cold answer that I cannot refill. Disappointing. I understood that I'd get a 40% drop, but not 90%....so I was surprised by such a curt answer.

3. What is the difference between HQ followers and Real followers? I asked support a few times but they really didn't get any kind of quality answer. Are "Real followers" actually flesh and blood? I was under the impression they were all fake accounts. What is the actual difference between HQ and Real on Instagram?

4. I understand what refill is, but what I don't understand is "how often should I hit the refill button"? If you have many accounts on drop, it's very laborious to hit refill over and over and over (dozens of listens). Further, to be honest, I couldn't tell if hitting the refill did anything at all. I watched and did not notice an increase. I asked this in support tickets and really did not get anyhting but a short non-answer.

5. If 90% drop and you suggest that only 40% should drop, is your answer "tough luck, no refill"? That was the essence of my last reply from my service ticket.

Admittedly, I didn't spend much (yet). I was testing your services to find if they would be useful for me in the long-term. I've always manually built my followers with FollowLiker and similar bots, but I thought your tool would be useful. If 90% are dropping, that might not be the case. For the most part, I'm learning, so I appreciate your time...thanks!!

1. Yes, it's not that they unfollow, it's that the account get detected and banned from instagram, that's why refill services exists.
2. The drop rate in the description is the drop rate after about a week, but you can get your order refilled by opening a ticket
3. HQ they have picture profile, maybe description and pictures on the account. Real, they appear as real, they have images, descriptions, comments ...
4. Each time you hit the refill button, it send a notification to the provider so he has to refill your order. Pressing the button is always good
5. No, if you get 90% drop and you as kfor refill, we will refill your order. As long it's under the refill periode.
