Well yes, That's the main point of doing this.

Take any video from any site and make a gif of it, Upload and link to that video from the desired site.

If it's your own site, make sure it's not scamming people with ads when they click on your links.

It's really hard to say since Reddit is basically active 24/7. But since we are talking adult stuff, anytime a night for either EU or NA would work the best I guess. That's probably the most likely time for people to look at those subreddits, rather than at work or something.

I haven't looked into it or really noticed any major difference.

Most people will be looking through the "HOT" section, so that should be your main goal to get on there. And you are able to catch anyone watching the subreddit no matter what time.

even we have tried the paid ADS on Reddit , the ROI is ridiculous .... dont waste your time there , put more effort on SEO , search engine traffic is the best and most converting.

Paid ads on Reddit is trash, No one on Reddit likes ads and will never click them. So at that your right, just a waste of money and you're better of on other platforms.

As for the method itself, It's probably one of the best methods for free traffic at least for Adult niches. But as we both mentioned, It takes a lot of time for what you get, and it sucks because it can't really be automated and scaled unless you start hiring VA's to do the job. Which is probably not going to get you any good profits unless your site gets big.

Although, It's a very good way to start building traffic and spreading your site.

Twitter is much easier to start with , i am able to gain 50-70 new followers daily and around 50 new engagements between retweet , likes, comments .... in addition no restriction like Reddit ....

It is easy to build audience if you choose the right hashtags and it is easy to search people as per niches and gain new followers .... so easy

But It's all about content, you need to pump out the numbers and spread out on the market.

Or else it will not work.

If you only upload one video a day you can forget it.

You could use this method for many similar things, Posting pictures of girls that link to your Adult Instagram accounts works very well too. Although you need to have a decent amount of pictures on those accounts for it to work compared to only have 1-3 pictures and a link in the bio.

Do not use link shorteners or anything like that, since it will look suspicious and your whole post is going to be reported in most cases
