Okay zeelive, it used to be, that support would not help, but atleast you would, well, now even you dont do anything but lie to my face.

ive been waiting here with my thumb in my ass getting chargeback after chargeback from my customers, loosing money left and right, customers taking away the money and you taking away my time and money.

Ive been here almost two weeks, this is my fifth message im writing, you said there will be a refund, then again u said there will be a refund, THEN again. What a suprise, no refund only more drops. God, i love your service, i really do, but its so painful when this is happening, when its taking 15 days to get a refill for an order that drops the next day after the refill.

How many times will i have to beg you? You understand that i wont go away until you honour your promimes. Im writing here hopefully the last time here:

Example number 1. here's the process: make an order - order drops - get more help from support - nothing - get even more help from support - nothing - my client chargebacks - go and order other services because this one never getting a refill - having to order 2 times on same page because first order dropped and never refilled

As i said before, i love followiz, its with them that i started reselling and making good money,i want to work with you, you have good prices, lots of services, but the support is so bad that its difficult to work with you guys. I hope you improve the support, thats the one thing that you are lacking.

Well, since you asked and must know,

Influence10x dot com has a fantastic service team.

I believe they are much smaller than you which is why they value their customers much better.

Your site isn't clear with the directions. When an honest mistake is made, there is no customer empathy from your team. No refunds esp when a super large order was made in honest mistake due to your lack of clarity.

This did not happen with the other vendor mentioned above.

I do appreciate that your support team has finally taken my case seriously. Will update and be thankful when it is resolved. But i highly doubt or trust this anymore after weeks of chasing.

Check the order 15101700 and send the followers i paid for or increase my balance. You charged me for something you didn't delivered with an excuse that you have no further actions there. I now that because of that bug or whatever you probably also paid to your provider but i don't fucking care. I'm pissed of mostly because of your meaningless responses and constant closing of my tickets when case is not solved. You are my provider, i don't care what problems you have with yours.
