Hey zeelive, Hope the people here in BWH is aware of your lousy support team, I've been with your support for 3 weeks now and they've never bothered checking my order ID's and would only say "sir we checked your order id's with the provider and there has no drop to this orders and please provide the Order ID's with drops only" Hilarious!!! Why don't you develop or provide the number of followers that we received and the number of followers dropped to that order ID so that we would know what's happening to our orders and provide you the ORDER ID's THAT HAS DROP and so you could also easily distinguish if that order ID is refillable. hope this suggetion can make your business be better to provide us consumers an honest and and reliable service to prevent us from ranting and questioning the services we bought. bcs even you know that most of the services has drops, why would i even spend my time arguing with them if no "DROPS" happened. Let's be fair please, I worked hard for the money I spent here and don't want to lose it for nothing.

Dealing with the follower issue still

Just to give some insight -
On January 30th, i had 93,751 followers
Since that date, I have spent $21.025 on followers and I have even less followers than I started with. (91,634)
This is pretty rediculous and now I am starting to feel slightly cheated by your service.

I placed order 15031823 today for 5000 followers - I received 1000 followers and it was marked as complete. That order needs to be refunded, or atleast marked as partial

Let me know if there is anything you can do about this, if i've spent $20 on followers since January 30th and I have less followers than what I started with, i think that it's evident that you need to do some serious quality control checks

I checked your link and all the order you have made on it, the 3/4 of the order you made on your link are made on NO REFILL services which means that if the followers drop, there will be no refill to that link. From now on you should stop purchasing followers for that link for about 2 weeks. Once the followers on your account become stable, you should purchase REFILL Followers. Then you will not have any issues of dropping anymore.

ABSOLUTELY WORST SUPPORT TEAM.
I have almost invested $2100 with them. And they show no respect or gratitude whatsoever.
Bunch of kids are replying to the support team who have no idea how to solve a problem.
Very arrogant and never helps.

I've been continuously telling them that I am having "Partial" issues since many days on 1 service. They tell me there is no issue.. LOL? Are you kidding me? I also provided the screenshots. And ofcourse they can easily see my dashboard and find out. But they don't.

TERRIBLE Service and Support. They are starting to fail in their deliveries. They are starting to feel like a scam.

I bought their most expensive service. And it did not deliver. They agreed that it was their fault, but before solving it, they closed the case. Then they had all sorts of excuses like user error WHEN THEY ALREADY KNEW IT WAS THEIR FAULT. Which they admitted in the first place.

To be fair, followiz used to be good.

But now their support sucks and their products are no longer trustworthy, esp the more expensive one. They simply do not care about their customers anymore. I miss the old days when followiz was much better.

Any recommendations on who else would appreciate our business more?

Example number 1. here's the process: make an order - order drops - get more help from support - nothing - get even more help from support - nothing - my client chargebacks - go and order other services because this one never getting a refill - having to order 2 times on same page because first order dropped and never refilled
