Excellent Content Provider With Slow Delivery Timeframe (OVER -100,000 WORDS ORDERED)
Despite having spent thousands of dollars with providers on this forum rarely do I leave feedbacks. Why now, you might ask? Because I have come to realize how good reviews help promote excellent providers. I took a break from IM, and I am now back in full force with a strategy to give Google what it values the most, high-quality content. For brevity sake, this review is designed to inform others and give well pointed advise to Gosuperb content agency.
Why I Choose Gosuperb.com
The first thing I look at when analyzing any content provider is the sales thread and their website. The sales thread by Gosuperb is absolutely flawless, and their website is also topnotch. Rarely do I read the samples provided, but I did take a closer look at the written words on both the sales thread and website.
Truth be told, other users reviews played a significant role in my decision to give them a try. I also like the fact that they listed the pictures and names of their main writers and editors. Are the writers BIO's made up, its hard to tell, but I did SKYPE with the main editor, and she sounded genuine.
My Test Order
After consulting my Sixth sense, I placed a test order of about 3,000 words. I prefer articles that are not mostly keyword focused, WHICH I MADE CLEAR IN MY INCLUDED INSTRUCTIONS. Anyway, the test article came back with FLAWLESS COLORS. I immediately fell in love with their writing style and decided to place a larger order.
My Large Order (100,000+ WORDS)
Before placing the next order, I decided to SKYPE with the main boss just to get a feel for the whole article writing team at Gosuperb. During our conversation, I was informed of a coming price increase in a few days. I asked if I could still place the large order, the answer was a definite yes.
She let me know they were short staffed and the delivery time will be much longer. She said the delivery timeframe will be a month or more. In my mind, I rationalized a content agency with that many writers will not take a month to deliver over 100,000 words.
My large order is broken into two chunks, one for 59,700 WORDS, and the other for 44500 - WORDS. I wanted to make this an ongoing monthly purchase of 100,000 Words or more, but she let me know it would be difficult to have the articles completed within the month timeframe, due to staffing issues.
After staring at my blank new website with no articles, I read our SKYPE conversation again. I soon concluded, either the Gosuperb agency is much smaller than advertised, or they're swamped with more orders than they can handle. Which one is it, I cannot honestly say!
While its only been a few days after placing both orders, I get a sense the delivery will be as she promised, a month, or so. We did agree that each article will be delivered once finished, but I am yet to receive even one completed article as of today.
Also, as she stated on Skype, the per-word price was raised on the sales thread, but it is still reasonable, as compared to other high-end article providers.
What tickles me is when I read about forum members that placed orders and got them back within a few days. I did agree to the longer timeframe rather reluctantly, but I am still trying to figure out their content production queue system. For those that like to know, I paid full price, with no discount whatsoever.
I still have a need for 100,000 words or more every month, and desperately looking at other providers. I have no doubt my ordered content will be delivered, hopefully within one month.
At present, the GOOGLE ALGORITHMS ARE SCREAMING AT ME TO GET MY SITE MOVING OR GET LEFT BEHIND. I keep sending them videos, images, and snippets of relevant content, but they want lengthy articles.
I came up with a rating system for the Gosuperb Content Agency:
QUALITY OF CONTENT DELIVERED - A+
SALES THREAD DESIGN AND INFORMATION - A+
WEBSITE DESIGN AND INFORMATION - A+
TIMEFRAME FOR ORDERED ARTICLES - INCOMPLETE GRADE
I know this truthful review will bring them a few more customers, especially those searching for high-quality content at a reasonable price.
Would I order again after my content is delivered? Definitely yes, but it will be fewer words, with a guarantee of a shorter delivery timeframe. This review will be updated once I get my articles back!
