I have been in process of getting my card since Monday... yet no card. I really suggest the seller to deal with existing orders BEFORE processing any new incoming orders. It's not acceptable to wait for nearly a week just to get the card details just because of poor communication. It's not like they are links order which needs to be created or articles to be written.
And asking to login to Skype in ticketing system doesn't look good. Since I don't use nor will ever use Skype. OP - please check our onsite conversation and fulfill your obligations.

no we don't farming or selling ready account, we issue verification vcc for verification purpose and its preloaded with 2$, after you added the vcc on paypal or other sites they charged a random amount greater then 1$ like 1.26$ or 1.68$, after the charged the cards will useless due to its balance.
so no one use the cards on any other sites. and no risk for you ever.
my recommendation is always buy cards from real card issuer if you have plan for big milestone then you can avoid losses, only real issuer can issue custom preloaded cards and re loadable cards.
