Any tool or method to see what is the penalty and how to recover from that?
And if there is a penalty, how to prevent it in the future?

Something has been going on with Google these last couple days/weeks... majority of my kw's dropped by 70-100 places, but the thing is I didn't build any backlinks, plus I'm targeting question based kw's with close to no search traffic, so I was climbing in rank based on on-page alone. I hope this is just a temporary thing and it all goes back to normal soon, cause this is just crazy...
