That looks so yummy (time to order some on Zomato)![]()
I'm more of a chicken biriyani guy.
Probably the shape, and the fact that Momos are steamed; not boiled (most of the dumpling videos I saw on youtube boil the dumpling instead of steaming). So, momos should be lighter.Whats the difference to the chinese and japanese version?
Are u from Hyderabad? ( Bawarchi and Paradise Biryani![]()

Mutton biryani tastes better than chicken and it's the main dish![]()

I don't even what this is. Is it like samosa?
No, the taste is far different. Unlike Samosa, this isn't crispy, rather far softer and the fillings are also different.
Samosa contains mashed potato or friend onions + semolina and is deep fried, but momos are boiled in water.
These look exactly like Polish Pirogi, very tasty.I got a chance to have proper momos after a long time.
Anyone else loves momos here?
People who don't know momos here is a picture ( Momo is a type of South Asian dumpling, popular across the Indian subcontinent and the Himalayan regions of broader South Asia (Google))
