Can instagram sue you for botting them?

Anybody can sue for anything, especially in USA, but that doesn't mean they'll win.

In your case, I highly doubt, 'cause when it comes to botting, they're more oriented to bot creators and fake engagement providers.

I don't think that anything bad will happen and as they said above .. they will sue the bot creators not you .

But the IPs I purchased are my IPs. When they reverse look up, they gonna find my home IP or my server IPs. These IPs are not hidden. Plus how do they detect the brand of the bot from that side?

Well, i will tell you something from my experience , when you are in the field of IM don't overthink.. do you think that instagram do care about few accpunts that are using bots to follow and unfollow to make few dollars monthly using cpa offers ?

Same here, instead of destroying a business I multiple times kept postponing starting one and taking action. I can only advice to worry about the things that matter, like taking action, have a cash flow and opportunities to grow with what you're doing.
