lol it seems you're new on adwords, account instantly suspend means its not card issue its 100% wrong billing information and new created email .
i bought 350 Plus card from this seller non , of my account instant suspend , but yes some account suspend after 1 month , due to cross the ads limit and false ads , i tested a lot of seller but this one is best on my opinion ,

And for the first time an account was banned immediately after entering this Vietnamese card. This is a joke? You can not answer, I know that you are a Vietnamese fake.

Maybe this cards can works with google cloud, i don't know, but i'm sure this cards NOT works with google ads 10000000%.
