These people are ridiculous. I've been waiting for a few of my services to be completed for over a week now and every time I bring it up, I get the same generic message from their support. The services obviously DO NOT work. I deposited $10 to test it out, and most of the services I have tried do not work. For some reason they don't want to let go of $5. If it takes this much work and stress to get my $5 refunded, why should I deposit hundreds of dollars on this panel? I really tried to work with them and be patient but they're really pushing it.
