The URL looks random not because of the cloaker, it's just that he probably has a bot that creates those domains so he's using random words. It depends, I wouldn't click on something like 12qweqw12.qwiei23e.com to be honest but many people may not notice it. Also, since there will be a lot of prelanders like that, many domains would get flagged and get your account banned easily. I reccomend maximum 10 subdomains for domain to be on the safe side.

Never used Crackrevenue, I'm using LosPollos only because it has good offers for the country I am targetting. For each country you should redirect to the one that converts better. You should do an A/B test with at least 20 accs each for each network, and see which network converts better for each country.

You should make a very complex spin to be on the safe side. My current text has 40k combinations, so it's unlikely that it will send the same message twice.

Thanks, that's good to know. I'm doing similar stuff as you, though your epc looks a lot better. Might be because you're targeting specific country and that fetching profile pic thingy must be increasing conversion. It's interesting though you manage to use ipv6 and don't really get any bans, no follow blocks too?
