does anyone have payment proof from CPALead? I have filled in all the required information and they have been withholding my money for about 2 months now and refusing to pay, I have sent about 5 emails, and never got a response to any of them, is this website a known scam that I should watch out for?

well i worked there also. they have a low number of offers and they are bad for me. site navigation and design is also bad,so i dont work there. leads won't convert. earned 0$

Clicks doesnt mean anything. If a visitor wont complete the offer you simply wont earn anything. You can bot yourself 10000000 clicks but you’ll still earn 0

They are not scam. They always pays but there is another thing. Their advertisers are scam and they are not checking if advertisers are not doing some shit.
For example, many android install offers, generating lead after level completion or do some task in app. But app is such constructed, that is impossible to do it.
Common is moving lead code to ... last game level or just deleting lead code. So you have hundreds of leads but dashboard shows 0.
It's very common in CPAlead. To be sure, you need to decompile promoted app and find where is lead code.

I was paid back in 2010 when I dabbed in CPA. I remember CPALead used to have a bad ass content locker that a lot of us had fun with during the time.

Is your traffic source any good? I think to get that many clicks without leads has to be bad traffic. Clicks are meaningless unless the traffic source is good.
If you're just putting your affiliate link into those pay-to-click sites, traffic exchanges, or buying fake traffic..none of it is going to convert.
