Account Hacked, Possibly From Jarvee

Can't wait to see some of these guys 'that are mining with their fridges' to loose their accounts in a similar way.. that would be the moment when others will blame the microwaves.. i'm wondering if they would enjoy the sarcasm then as much as they do now.
Why don't we just try to figure out what would be the cause of the problem that OP pointed? Isn't this concerning many of us? Isn't this one of this forum's purposes?

Fair enough. We had a few jokes as he formulated his question in a way that personally I found laughable. I have nothing against OP.

Yet, never I thought that some software would make sense of stealing all my data and keep working with it. Why? Simple. If it's that exclusive NO ONE within their sanity would sell software that makes them $xxxxxxxxxxxx per month. NO ONE! Trust me.

Make sure the original email you got was actually from Instagram and not phishing mail. Verify the site they send you to l.

You claim to have 2FA, so I don't see how anyone could login to your account without access to your phone, even if they had login details.

Your login still is used through their system, to simulate the human interaction on IG I believe. There is no way they don't have a database with some information from your operations, they would have no metrics.

The login can be perfectly done client sided, to gather metrics you dont need account info either

I didn't even open the email until way later, I looked at my IG account in the app immediately and it was gone. Yeah, I didn't know how they did it when I have the 2 factor on. I didn't believe my friend last year when his account got hacked & banned, I thought he just said he had 2 factor on. Yet it just happened to me with it on. I read something online that said russian hackers have got into peoples accounts through 3rd party apps that you allow access to your IG, but I never did anything but IG app, Massplanner (briefly), then Jarvee on this account.

you got a email , did you press any link in the email , did you try loggin with going thu that email link .

i suspect you got a email hack that copys the info you enter in the jarvee thu your browser and someone changed your info from you giving it to the browser ....

do me a favour you no the email you got and press the link , look at the header who it was from ?

see if it matches jarvee email?

I saw the notification of the email, didn't open it, got onto my IG app & my account was gone. That was without opening the email.

have you been chatting via email about jarvee , any one gave u any free software or free browser addon lately, or asked you to visit any links on boting or making money with a ig account?

you have lost the account you need to contact ig , and report the account has been hacked , and username and password has been changed.

the only way this can happen is you pc got hacked , it usally a download or a link from a email , they usally install a app or get your cookie info , or to get all your pc info .

there one more possabilty , you wifi line has been packet tapped via some one usally in a car decripting your traffic packets , but i dont think so.(( unless you are a naughty person ))

Nah, I haven't done any of that. I am finishing college and hardly do anything with social media now. I haven't typed in my user/password since spring on my phone/pc.

Looks like it's happening a lot more recently, this is from a large site's report on it "The extra security measure didn't protect Chris Woznicki, who was using two-factor authentication at the time his account was hacked 10 days ago. Woznicki says Instagram sent him security emails notifying him the email address on his account had been changed (once again, to a .ru address) and 2FA had been disabled. But by the time he saw the messages, it was too late and he had already lost access to his account, which had 660 followers. Others have reported similar occurrences."

I never got anything saying my email, phone number or password was changed. Just my username/picture profile/description etc. Then the account was removed by Instagram. Very short time for that to all happen, I think a 5-10 min window. I wonder what they did on my account during that time and what it was banned for.

Here is the email, which I DID NOT click on until way after I already saw the account was gone. It looks to check out as being from IG anyway.

@mail.instagram.com is legit. Turn on & off your 2 factor on an account and you will get an email from them about it. I just did it on a different account. Like I said, I didn't click on that email when I saw the notification, went directly to IG and saw my account was gone and I couldn't access it. Never logged in anything either.

[email protected] will show when they send you random metric crap. Then you get one from [email protected] when you change password/email/phone/2factor etc. Search your inbox associated with your IG account and you will see @mail.instgram.com emails.

I just noticed something odd. Jarvee is set to never do an operation past 11:55 PM and starts again at 9 AM. It says in my log at 4:59 AM "Follow -'accountname' is stopped, 4:59 AM "Unfollow -'accountname' is stopped. I almost wonder if instagram saw Jarvee as the intruder and banned my account.

Like I said, I never had a notification for a phone verification code, password change etc. Just said someone logged in, then stated they changed either the account name and or description etc. I am starting to think Jarvee set this off and got the account banned but idk. The info change alert makes me wonder.

It is clear that you don't know about desktop programming.
Everything is in client side, that's why your pc/laptop must be ON and connected to internet during Jarvee operation.

Haha I have a 3.9 GPA in MIS, I know how to program. Obviously there is a client side program, but it is connected to Jarvee as well. Your computer runs the program, but that doesnt mean they cannot access any information when you are logged into their shit. Its different than followliker which is 100% client based. Why would you think that they couldn't access anything if they wanted to? It's not an offline application.

Hey guys i almost completely read this Thread cuz it`s happened to me too .. after working with jarvee couple of months when account gets in solid Follow base they got suspended.... The odd thing is that, i got first 2 of my IG accounts banned - and then i decide to change the pass on my main (biggest) IG acc and access of this pass have only jarvee - after 2 days - Kaboom - my biggest IG acc was also (password, username changed then banned from prevention from IG ) ....now i get back 2 of 3 my banned account live again ..but i am scared to use JARVEE anymore..... i write them personal messages with complain note - they want apologize now from me - cuz said that they are not like that.....but who knows..... any other stable secure bot like jarvee?

It cannot be jarvee. the accounts stored on your machine. EG: If someone will log in to your jarvee account from a diffrent machine he will see 0 accounts.
