IHello, I wanted to ask a few questios regarding streaming sites.

1. If I embed the content on the website and add disclamiar along with contact us fourm would I still need off shore hosting?

2. If I embed videos from another website to start what are some good ways to monetize that example. pop-under ads etc?

3. since this suppose to stealth does anyone know any good adnetworks that do payouts in Bitcoin?

4. what hosting would you use to start off the site that is bulletproof/ Good DMCA IGNORED webhosting? like I said before I am not starting off uploading I am just embeding the videos on site for now.

5. Since I am just embeding the videos will that land me in any trouble because I plan to use a Disclaimer and contact us page for any lawyers would that be a problem?

1. Depends on multiple factors such as if you take videos down after a DMCA complaint
2. There are plenty of tutorials out there and a lot of discussions whether using pop-up; pop-under; cpa; etc.
3. Ad-Center; but do some research, there are also some other networks (choose one depending on your main traffic)
4. There is no fully "DMCA ignored" hosting, they will still redirect the complaint to you, the client.
5. I´d stay under the radar in general. Otherwise, they´ll contact you for many movies to be taken down, resulting in your site not having many movies -> getting less visitors, getting less money.
If you ignore one of the DMCA complaints however, you´ll get fucked up pretty soon as well.

I wouldn´t do a streaming site either. Many competitors and risky business.
Btw, literally all of your questions are a matter of 30 min search. Just look it up. Just asking questions without doing any own dedication won´t bring you far.

Let me simplify things

1. No matter what if you are serving links or whatever, if you are linking to copyright content you need an offshore host.
2. Go with openload or vshare and encrypt your embeds, they pay good
3. You can go with an any good host for stability use any offshore host for reverse proxy, just make sure they won't give up your real IP

Guess that is going to be OP´s next question: What hoster could you suggest?
I´m not in the streaming business, but from what I´ve heard, it´s important to have an Off-Shore host that, in the best case, ignores DMCA complaints or just redirects the complaints to you + he needs to be reliable and doesn´t collaborate with any agency / sharing your IP (or you need VPS + VPN)

I can´t suggest you anyone, but maybe @Nut-Nights is able to provide you a good hoster

For hosting:

If you dont have budget issue - Cyberbunker
If on small budget - Cloudflare (Dummy mail) - Abelohost or similar regular offshore for hosting - koddos.net for reverse proxy

For second option make sure you can ask them before that you are using them as reverse proxy, in case of complaints will they give real ip or not.

1. Yes , you will still need offshore , Your website containing Copyright things .
2. You can use popup ads and native ads . Native ads are much profitable in those days .
3. If you wants to use direct ads then you can use mediahub . I dont recommend ad-center for their worst banning policy and bad user support . I use Mediahub for direct links and adcash , adMaven for popup and native .
4. You can go for maple-hosting (i'm using since 2015) they have good dmca ignore privacy . you can find it from their "DMCA IGNORED HOSTING PROVIDER – OUR DMCA POLICY"
5.You dont have to anything , your hosting provider will ignore all issue's .

You can use knownsrv, private layer i have good experience with both for my movie streaming websites. I used privatelayer for 2 year in 2015-16 its was amazing but problem is it only provide dedicated server and in initialy it'll be expensive (especially when you have less traffic)and you should try knownsrv they provide vps too. Now i'm using knownsrv because i have less traffic than past. You can use them feel free without worrying about DMCA.
i tried couple of ad networks but i like ad-center and taptica most. They both are good but only when you have tier1 or tier 2 traffic. Otherwise if you have traffic from tier 3 countries then try others

First rule never share your links on thread. Second you need check video sources yourself. No point of embed from that site.

Got you so what would I need to automate this I trying to build a bot to automate to scrape links then upload links then put the embed in my backend
