All 3 are good. Their traffic is gold, but only if you have whitelist zones. Unfiltered campaigns are full of zones with trash traffic.
This traffic is bad, because it's not popunder from websites at all, it's adware traffic...
Just the rules of game to twist your balance faster. Adware traffic converts too, but ~10x time worse.
From my experience, you should spend about 300-500$ on each geo to detect good zones.
And you should have offer that converts, because good offer is very hard to find. 95% offers sucks.

Thank you! I have a good offer to convert. Do you have a simple tip to get rid of trash traffic? ( I see it as a scam if I buy popup traffic and network sell me adware traffic... )

In Propeller you can try SmartCPA campaigns, you pay only for conversion and detect good zones at the same time. Later you can start separate campaigns only with these zones.

ROI doesn't mean anything, only total profit does.
You can earn 500$/daily with 30% ROI and 20$/daily with 500% ROI.
When you have working prelander and offer, you should think about scaling campaigns and gain volume of traffic, not about ROI.
On the long distance 25-30% ROI is absolutely normal. I think most experience affiliates have not more than 50% ROI in total. You can get even 500-800% ROI for a couple days, but this will not stand long.

You can always ask from your AM and he can give you good stuff too.. but it's still all about testing. Also keep in mind that conversion rate depends on the traffic source too.. In PPV, the most important thing is testing and analyzing.

Did you guys try depositing in Popads.net ? I tried X amount and 50% was lost in fees?!?!? From what they told me, and the transaction IDs were messed up. They told me they only cover fees on 2k transactions minimum.

Can anyone else confirm this ?

That's insane. I deposited them from Paypal, fee was about 3% Paypal commision only.

Yeah I didn't use Paypal as they required ID verification. I used deposit through bank.
