Please help: When the hell does Youtube send your money into your AdSense account?

Hi, im very confused because on the 1-30 November period, it's still empty, and we are already 10 days on December...

On the Adsense page it says this:

For example, let's say you accrue estimated earnings throughout the month of June. By July 3rd, you'll see your June 1st-30th finalized total earnings credited to your "Transactions" page. You'll then be issued a payment for your June earnings and any other credits on your balance as one lump sum on or around July 21st.

Well, it says by July 3rd, so that means I should've seen my payment since December 3rd... really confused. Notice that im talking about payments into your Adsense account, not bank account. I know they pay on the 21th's, I just don't remember when they send payments in your Adsense account when they are generated with Youtube traffic. They don't say anything on their help page it seems.

I also need to know when is the last time I have to modify the settings on my Adsense account to lower the treshold of payments, because I've put it at $100k, and I want to get paid this month, so im going to lower them to the minimum of $70, however im not sure if it's too late and I should have modified this already... im worried about taxes because I have a year worth of payments ($12,000) so I should get them before the year ends (so I want to get paid on December 21th, but im not sure if I can change the payment hold settings until 21th, before the transaction appears on your Adsense account, or I should have done this before December started)

Finalized earnings are not transferred to AdSense until about halfway through the following month (i.e. earnings accrued in June will be transferred to AdSense in mid-July). (Source: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/72902?hl=en).

In a few days time, whatever you earned on YouTube from 1st to 30th of November, will be shown in your Adsense account. Unfortunately you probably won't be paid out this month as you haven't crossed the minimum threashold of 100K that you had set.

According to the adsense support forum, I can lower the threshold until 20th, so if I lower it before 20th december, i can get paid in 21th december:

AdSense doesn't issue payments on the 15th of the month. All payments are issued between the 21st and 26th of the month.

Changes to your account, including payment holds, should be made by the 20th of the month (so, the 19th or earlier would be better) to qualify for payments in the next payment cycle (so, to be paid in the December payment cycle, holds need to be lifted by the 20th).

What worries me is that i live in spain which is a communist sh*ithole and they ma rape me with taxes. Im worried to receive a big payment like that on a single month. Finally I was able to make some money and im just worse off than when I had 0 because of stress.
