Review time. I used this service for 1 month. First of all - Elliot's customer service is fantastic. The best I've experienced on BHW. Very helpful with Qs via BHW or website. I made ordered incorrectly once (a higher package than I needed) and when I needed to end the service I didn't do so correctly and ended up being charged a 2nd time. On both occasions Elliot stepped in where a less honest merchant would have ignored me.
As for the proxies, they work well to create accounts (about 50% success rate) and don't consume too much bandwidth. Obviously not cheaper than buying new accounts from some of the big guys who can do it at scale, but a good price and you have control over the creation.
On the downside, functions like reposting consumed a lot of bandwidth, so I could not afford to use this for IG management (if you repost). F/UF maybe, though it would be a very expensive proxy and I did have aged accounts banned while using it even on conservative settings.
In summary:
creation = good but a little $
management = $$$
customer service = 10/10
Would recommend to others knowing that Elliot isn't going to rip you off. I would consider smartproxy again which says it all
