I will be charged pro-rata or whole month ?
Will my files be automatically trasferred ?

Do you have any service like increase just GB of hard disk.. nothing more..
Would like to know this.. I mean add-on type service is available ?

Small tips: if you test via speedtest app (http://install.speedtest.net/app/windows/latest/speedtestbyookla_x64.msi), the result will be way more impressive :D As web-based version is not capable of doing tests with internet link higher than 100 Mbps (it even mention on their website).

- If you want to proceed with the upgrade, you just need to hit us up with a ticket that mention the package you want to upgrade to -> we will generate invoice -> you pay the invoice -> your VPS will be upgraded within 48 hours.
- We calculate upgrade cost by 2 way:
1. If your VPS has less than 15 days in validity, the upgrade cost would be [pro-rata this month] + [renewal cost next month]
2. If you VPS has more than 15 days in validity, the upgrade cost would be only [pro-rata this month]

- Your data will remain the same after the upgrade!
- If you can opt for quarterly option, we can surely give you more diskspace, please hit us up with a ticket and we will see what we can do for you ;)

Hey there! As until now, all my VPS come with unmetered bandwidth, and for static music livestream, I would highly recommend getting at least 4G package, preferable 8G one for stable performances!
 
Main page + Billing panel currently down for upgrading/maintenance. Expected to be up within 1.5 hours!
 
Wonder if they've been pentested before? This is my main worry with any new/medium-sized service. Big enough to attract attention, small enough to not have worried yet...

We've actually had 2 datacenter migrations in order to move from rented hardware to owned (to scale up easier in the future and have more control over our servers.). Everything performed smoothly without issues!
Recently, we've got a hiccup on 27th Oct that most of our servers were down due to major network issues, we stayed supporting and updating our clients non-stop throughout the incident even though it's on weekends.

In any cases, we've compensated customers promptly for the issue and gave options to opt our for pro rated refund if the downtime lasts too long although the incident caused huge losses on our end.

And we've been around for quite some time now :D (Since Jan 2018 - almost a year), appeared on BHW since April and have been going strong up until now ;)

Wow, that's pretty thorough! If you don't mind my asking, how much did your firm invest into the operation? How profitable is it versus the costs?
(I don't want to do it, but that's pretty cool stuff to know about the industry)
