Just ordered black friday special VPS and I must say (still didnt fully optimize the server) that the speeds are already amazing.

Absolutely. Then either a VPS with cPanel or the online empire (Black Friday Edition) for both would be ideal for your usage.

I've just decided to check the speed of the server and I am not sure if this is right?...

I usually get 900mbit/s on 1GBPS network on two other servers that I own. I really doubt its the 10KM difference in server test xD server is still running good was just curious about this.

The latency of 23 ms may explain the results here. I confirm that the server are indeed tied to a 1 GBPS bandwidth.
Note that the distance is universally impacting the speed test results.

Basically, a speed test measures the pipe size but it doesn't reflect the length of the pipe.

Also note that the speed you see shouldn't affect you by any means and your websites should be absolutely fast. If you face speed issue with your websites then the issue lies elsewhere.
In which case, I would prompt you to open a support ticket so we can investigate it for you and give you insight if the issue isn't lying on the server.
