They are rotating proxies with intervals of 1, 10 and 30 minutes. I would suggest to google "geosurf dedicated proxies workaround" to see exactly how you can use our proxies for longer than 30 min. You're more than welcome to test this workaround.
 
Can I choose the location of the IPs? (UK), Can I use this for making adwords account or using adwords accounts? Do you have much cheaper price because I'll be using it for only 1 to 2 purposes? Or what can you recommend me?
 
How are the proxies sourced? Do you rent the DSL lines yourself or are they hijacked from other providers?

None of the above. We actually have a value exchange network for PC users only.

I get it, some of our competitors are sourcing their IPs through an SDK which forces the users to "share" their 3/4g expensive data.

We don't hijack any users. Definitely not hijacking other providers - not a good business model IMHO.
