Way to change proxy on Iphone/Android?

Hey guys does anyone know if theres a way to change well if my knowledge is right change PROXY on preferably an iPhone or if its not possible on Android?

Why I’m asking this ... I plan to make promotions on instagram ( which needs to be done through the official app if Imm not wrong ) and well instagram is going to block those accounts because I’m gonna do something fishy..

So basically I dont want instagram to block my ip or whatever on my iPhone.

I probably turned out a noob by this post but yeah I am one I’m new to these things.

Normally i'd have recommended Proxydroid for Android, which requires root access, but i just checked, and it's not in the Play Store anymore. Weird. You can still get the apk elsewhere.

Idont exactly understand if you need the instructions for iphone or android, but i guess they are pretty similar. you just open your network connetion and hold it for some time, then you can see the settings which incluse proxy settings, there you can set a proxy which your mobile will use. I hope thats what u were looking for lol

thanks alot oh btw what is that proxy called which is changing all the time or I messes things up I know that theres IP thats changing every # minutes or whatever is there a proxy like that as well? because I will have to do this quite often and if its possible to find something like that it would save me alot of time
