Instapy - proxies

Hi.
I'm using linux and trying to run instapy on raspberry pi 3.
I can't figure out how to config/ put the proxies in the template file, when i do i get an error.
I have read the wiki on github but the part where it describes the proxy usage is not explicit for me.
If you know how to use or found any explenation please share it with me.

it is totally about apache or web server handling ,if you have good knowledge about linux and know how to work on ip table then you can otherwise you will need some linux assistance ,for this wiki is not sufficient check via linux forums or some cpanel or whm related
