Yes, you can add/edit your rdp setting and tick this option: Redirect Local Storage.

My sincerely apologize for the delay Our team wasn't active at the time you opened the ticket (out of business hours as stated on the auto respond ticket). I've personally looked into this for you, your VPS should have been provisioned by now.

There was a technical glitch as we just upgraded our panel yesterday. Some VPS still pending, I will have those manually deployed within few hours!

We don't have a fixed rate for email delivery, however, if your VPS is spamming the smtp port (sending the same message to multiple recipients) it will get suspended immediately per report received

No sorry, we are not able to allow 5k emails per day That's too much and will be considered as spam (which will get your VPS suspended on our system).
