It's free and there will always be a free version. The way it sits right now, users who sign up now will always have free access. There's already been a feature request so likely I'll put some of the bells and whistles on a paid plan if there's enough demand for those features.

Right now I really wanted to build it for those of us with large Shopify stores that get a lot of inquiries. Usually someone only owns one big store, not many but if I'm wrong, I'd be happy to add it.

Man, it's a very good idea, but you have a problem with proxies... Everytime I try to submit my password, I enter in a "it was me" loop. How many proxies per account are you assigning? Because if you have 500 users in your website, I guess that all of them will be working on the same proxy? or are you going to run every account on a unique proxy?

I think that you have an interesting project here, but the proxies acclaration is a must

It's tricky on the free account. I roll out HQ proxies on the paid accounts, as there are just too many trial accounts in play to make it feasible to diversify with proxies on them all.
