Those are residential IPs from mobile and domestic ISP carriers.

could you make ability to choose between mobile and ISPs proxies, because it is very important to emulate certain device based on type of proxy , I mean Win or Android/IOS emulation
Hello Elliot. I used your proxies a while ago and was wondering if you knew why I got so many follow blocks and phone verifications. Ill tell you what happened. Basically I was using GMT2 with your proxies. All I did with the accounts I was testing with was add them to gram multitool 2 and change the username etc with no website link added just get them ready to warm up a few days later. It was all OK until GMT2 crashed like it does and then when it reopened I got like 15 phone verifications on the accounts. Was this caused because the residential proxies werent sticky and from the same country as the last IP the accounts were using? I asked for US sticky proxies when I talked to the guy through smartproxy chat and he gave me the following IP. 195.201.178.81

I want to tell about my experience with smartproxy, and would like to divide the review to 2 parts: first it's the quality of proxies, they are truly residential and the fact that you pay for the bandwidth instead of amount of proxies is amazing, you can choose based on country or even city which helped me a lot. I didn't have any kind of like or follow block for 3 weeks. Second part I'd like to devote to the customer service, their customer service is impeccable, other than responsiveness to all questions in an instant, but i'd like to tell a situation. For the last 2 weeks i was having some personal issues and wasn't able to perform my task and my subscription period expired before i was able to use even 20% of my bandwidth, i emailed Elliot with my issue and the problem was solved instantly, he extended my subscription for 10 more days!!
They are truly great, the best proxy provider i have tried, 100% Recommended!
