Summary
For the review, @thenonpareil provided a site that was already premade.

Service Highlights​

• The site was quite nice looking with decent content.
• The seller added in the ads for us (I just had him add in place holders instead of actual ads for the review).
• The site was delivered quickly and transferred to our hosting.
• Metrics - Searches - 2,400 - CPC - $3.2

What Could Use Improvement​

This is fine as a base for a site but you may want to build it out a bit after you receive it as it is a smaller site and Google is usually not thrilled with smaller sites.

Additional Information​

I liked dealing with the OP but I cannot comment on TAT as he had the site ready to go before the BST was submitted; nice looking site for sure though.
