You have another option - sticky IP. It will allow your IP to stick for 5 minutes and if you target the same country or city you wouldn't have any issues.
If you change IPs using proxies this will be enough. MAC addresses are not given to a website, it is only known locally in your LAN. Websites can identify you by IP address, User Agent, referrals and footprinting.

When creating Instagram accounts, do you need to change the Device ID, GUID, Phone Model, and Google Advertising ID in order to avoid bans?
