how can i redownload the software? the old one seems broken.. i cant run it.

The last 3 months can't operate it, it gives me various problems.

The problem I have now is that EVEN I have imported keywords on the software when I start it to scrape items IT GIVES ME MESSAGE "There are NO keywords"

I downloaded it again and connected the Token again. Do you have any recommendations regarding Ids posts? I usually get only videos that have at least 7k Likes and 7k Shares, yet some get scraping profiles for almost an hour and no results. Are there any more specific rules for this? Or any tips. Thank you

I think you're using a post with big amount of shares that's why the tool will stuck longer in scraping profiles before it will start the scrape process from the profiles
