To fix this issue just try to change the date format in your machine to "m/d/yyyy"

hello i bought the software a few months ago and didnt use it for a while.
how can i redownload the software? the old one seems broken.. i cant run it.
and u never respone my skype.. since i bought the software.
FYI.. i get the download link automatically from email back then.

Hi, bought before 1 year the software.
The last 3 months can't operate it, it gives me various problems.

The problem I have now is that EVEN I have imported keywords on the software when I start it to scrape items IT GIVES ME MESSAGE "There are NO keywords"
