There are no limits on ports. You have 2 options:
1. IPs are rotating with each request
2. Sticky session allows your IP to remain the same for up to 5 minutes.
 
Can we select specific country to use in control panel?

If your IP changes with every action, does that mean that every time you follow someone on Instagram your IP will change? Isn't this bad for Instagram boting? I thought that Instagram needs static 1 IP per account.
Also what about MAC Addresses? Every time IP changes mean that mac address change. I don't get how can I use this service for Instagram
