Finally reached #1 for our target keyword. A lot, lot earlier than expected.

Will see how "Black Friday Watch Deals" move during next week, I suspect it of going position 3-5 but will do everything in my power to hit #1 there as well.

Will as planned do a big update tomorrow :)

I've gotten some PMs from people asking what PBN I use.

I don't use any PBNs.

The sustainable way of building a business is not through shortcuts. Sure, they help temporarily, but what really works is building value and relationships with other people.

The main reason for our great SEO success is the following:
1) On-page and keyword research
2) Reaching out to new partners

For on-page, I know the basics, but @BlackBDO is the genius here. If you really want to rank, hire him and let him do his magic. Honestly - he's a genius. Period.

For reaching out and getting links - I've posted a lengthy article, for free, (can be found here), of how I reach out to other websites. For more serious stuff like Black Friday, I tend to personalize each email even more and really put in the time. Figure out how you can bring value (and not money) into a partnership with other websites and you'll get all the links you ever dreamt of.
 
A very solid plan. Have you been thinking about Halloween? I'm working on a dropshipping store for 5 weeks straight and I want to make sure everything is set up perfectly before launching. I'm thinking to run a sale on Halloween, what do you think?

Also, I wish you much luck with your Black Friday plan, hope it all goes well and you do more than the $125k initial goal.
 
This is a very inspiring thread, having had a couple of halfheartedly attempts at making some real dollars on black Friday this is very inspiring to scale things up and having a proper crack at a black Friday success!

Ok, lets say someone wants to start a brand ecom site and like you have full control over the product. You say you own the factory the watches are produced in? How could someone take an idea and actually start to have the product created? Did you start with one watch and expand in the beginning? What im asking is how would one get started in ecom without owning the factory to produce the product. Not interested in drop shipping but there own branded product.
 
Hi ! I'm having difficulty in choosing a domain name. My ecom site will sell products once a month that are super super cheap. Stuff that costs $20-24wll be sold for around $3. Though no particular category - fashion,art etc. The domain should be something like allunder3dollars or generic like superawesomestuff ?

Why $125,000?
It is a realistic goal compared to previous years, where I didn't do any SEO, Amazon, Pinterest, and blogs.
Also, it translates to 1 million of my local currency (Swedish Krona), which has always been a goal to make in a day.

What will you cover in this journey?
I will try to approach it with the practical steps so you as a reader can replicate it.
No secrets, no mystery stuff. If I find a good method, I'll share it.

How often will you update?
No clue. I don't have a lot of free time, but when I do, I'll see if I can update here.

What's your say about the Filippo Loreti guys? They've been popping up on my feed a lot recently and they are very similarly priced to yours, other than the fact they were a Kickstarter starter project with a massive funding.

Filippo Loreti is a proper brand now. They have local stores in the biggest shopping malls around the world, like Westfield Stratford City, etc.
