[ASK] About Spinning Content

Hi folks, I got some email from my friend, mention that I shouldn't spin content in my money site (my content or other writer content) because if google know about this, my index score or something like that will get hit. Any clue?

Is that mean I shouldn't rewrite old article, or what? need your thought and opinion. thank you

Make sure to rewrite the articles manually instead of using any tools if you are using on your site. Also recommend to check with copyscape for 100% unique content.

Never post spun content on your main site.

Well, I never used any spin tools for my site content. I often re writing my article rather than spin it.

You can read 3-5 articles and rewrite them into your own words, this would be a unique article as things are rewritten from different articles. But if you rewrite one article that would be a big no. Also, you won't make any money "spinning" contents.

best if it's 100% unique. If you're rewriting your content anyway, I recommend you take 2-3 key points from the content you can focus/expand for the new post. Not only will it be unique, it will have better informative value. Google loves that.

Spinning content is a big no-no. If you just spin words and keep the same structure of an article, without adding anything new, and even the length is roughly the same, you won't see any benefit in this.

spin content is not a big issue i already ranked many event blog sites but the main issue you should not use copy content

For money site content, it's a big NO to use spun content.

Write for people and optimize for spider/bot.

Uniqueness = for bot
Valuable = for people

And if you rewrite from any existing articles out there, be sure to add some new values into it.

Depending on what you would like to achieve out of this - if it is a money site that you use to convert your visitors to sales, then writing something to push the sales would be better, as using spun content will not make sense and makes the site looks spammy <-- nobody would buy from such a site, don't you think so?
But if it is a funneling site, something that only the top portion matters, than you can just write 200-300 words unique content at the top (for SEO purposes), which normally converts into sale at the top portion, while the bottom portion that nobody reads, just use a unique spun content with 1500 words as a "filler" content at the bottom - even the search engine places less importance at the bottom section.

Spun content is ok for lower tiers but on your money site you are just asking to be reported and manually deindexed.
