Authenticate you machine IP in client.geosurf.io
1. Go to Jarvee's "Proxy Manager"
2. Under "PROXY IP
ORT" enter one of our combinations of addressort, i.e. gw1.geosurf.io:8020.3. No need to enter User and a Password, just click on "verify proxy" in Jarvee's proxy manager
4. You can try a different proxy if it isn't working, otherwise you're all set.
We provide every customer our whole pool of IPs. The IPs are sorted by GEO.

So, is this a good solution if I want to manage multiple (just german) instagram accounts on jarvee without getting any action blocks?

We do have data center IPs but that's a different plan. If you choose to purchase our residential network, you'll get residential IPs only.
I can provide you with a trial but it will be significantly less than 2GB bandwidth. I offer it regardless of the fact our proxies wont get any action blocks.

Would like to test these IP's to see if I get action blocked on Jarvee. About how many GBs would I need to run 5 instagram accounts that follow/unfollow 500 accounts/day and like about 500 posts?
What did you not like about oxylabs?

Great question. Oxylabs was not willing to provide more than 5 min rotation for one thing, they also are willing to lie and manipulate in order to force you to try and pay. Secondly even then the connections never really even lasted 5 mins. And the consistency was just not there, droped connections in the middle of the task causing a ban due to the IP being switched so unnaturally and having to start over. Caused me more of a headache than anything because the task could be completed in 5 mins but I never really was able to secure the connection on an IP long enough to do so. What I did like was that they did have geo specific and ISP specific targeting, though I didn't like that it was not accurate very often. I wanted a Tmobile network but got sprint instead.
I would take that as a fail safe measure they have in place that when no connection is available for that ASN it diverts to the next available ie. sprint. (Those were the only two ISP you could target - Tmobile-Sprint)
Nonetheless I would prefer a solution that can consistently stay connected and not switch in the middle of the task and most importantly allow me to complete said task with the same IP connected (Because if it does switch midway that would get me blocked)
Then comes the issue of saturation, who used the IP to do what I am doing. Though never really had any issues with OXYSLABS IP POOL when I did complete my task.

This is a common think I have come across with residential proxies as well. Thanks for explaining this, it helps to know why that causes an action block. Let me know if you come across anything that meets your standard, if you have a referral URL for that I would definitely use it for your help as well as pass it along to my network.

Mind you I'm doing CPA and not Insta. but I think that IP's switching in the middle of any task on any of these websites can be detected as unusual activity.
Anyways I've seen more success with using my mobile phones 3G IP's and Tuxler. Funny enough, Tuxler is only $8 month. Worth the test for your tasks I would say at that price point.

If you need IPORT format to feed your IG BOT: you should go to the tuxler.com {non referral} website from internet explorer, this will allow you to download the windows application rather than browser extensions. The application starts a socks 4 proxy on the local network at port 23321.

Hard to tell nor do we want to track our users that closely.
