Ordered end of July and was supposed to take 15 days.
Order 'completed' yesterday which considering my project was based around the football world cup made it kind of pointless!
They only delivered 18 out of 20 roundups because "we’ve exhausted the amount of time we’re allowed to work on your roundup"
No offer of a partial refund.
Not recommended which is a shame because the idea is good and content was great. Just very poorly managed.

20+ Expert review package on "20 Experts share the best Korean skin care routine for both day & night"
I let them choose the topic for me, the main KW is "Korean skin care"
Received 19 Experts.
I don't know where to begin with this, and unlike BTB's review, there's a shit ton of improvements needed. I was actually quite excited for this service as its unique and I can totally see the value in this.
Content
I'm not sure if they go through the content or not, maybe it's not part of their service. But I was under the impression based on BTB's review "99% of it was very well written" that they go through the replies and check errors. In my case, they seem to just copy-paste the answer in as most of the fonts & size are all different.
The Experts
Now for the experts, I am not sure how to address this. Let's say the topic is about "20 Experts share how to potty train your dog easily" You'd expect a dog trainer or a dog blogger not just random dog owner to be the expert right? Well, I was expecting a Korean skincare blogger/youtube/influencer to talk about the best Korean skincare routine, not necessarily that they have to be Korean but rather use Korean skin care products. But some of the experts I get are just random skincare bloggers or store selling skin care products.
Communication
The communication was shit, period. Just look at thread replies and people chasing him and his team around. If I don't message them first, I don't think I would have gotten an update or whatsoever. So I asked them a simple question on 23rd Aug. "Okay, let's say I published the roundup. What happens if you guys failed to hit the 20+ number of expert mark?" Basically, asking them what happens if I don't get what I ordered for? Oh man, took them nearly 1 month to reply me back with a proper answer, which I had to chase them around again.
Verdict
Probably the only service I left a negative review on BHW. I understand the fact that my KW was super-niched, I understand why it took them so long to find the experts.
But holy fuck, the communication is terrible. Way to underdeliver. They gave zero fucks about their customer and their service.
Looking at Deancow's review up above my reply, I got the same email as well. Love the automated email.
Will I use this service again?

Actually sounds like an awesome service.
OP probably should rise the prices in order to make the service worthwhile for himself and being able to deliver.
Reaching out to 20 resp getting answers from 20 people sounds like a hell lot of work.
Would definitely pay for this kind of service.
