I will be honest... Not really, especially for Facebook. Facebook won't allow you to track earnings automatically, no auto tokens for age, gender, etc. The only reason i'm using voluum is because it renewed automatically and I they wouldn't refund me. I'm trying to figure out how to setup the Facebook pixel with voluum, the only documentation about it seems to be outdated. I'm running ads without pixel and it's doing super well already, I can't even imagine with Facebook pixel, it should perform 2x better. So, to sum it up... If you are running Facebook ads, no it does not. But if you plan to use it for Pop campaign, yes.

My facebook relevance score is 10 but my CPC is $0.13, it used to be $0.07 . Not sure if it's because i increased my budget. Any suggestions?

You shouldn't increase the budget like that. Its better to duplicate the adset with a bigger budget.

The tools I'm using :

-Voluum Basic plan $ 299/mo: This is my tracker, a great tool to understand and optimize the traffic.

- OVH U.S Dedicate Server $99/mo: This is my host, it's an overkill but it makes sure my site loads blazing fast. I run a single Wordpress blog on it.

- Cloudflare Pro $20/mo: I'm using Cloudflare as my CDN to optimize my site loading speed for many countries and also because of their WAF.

- Cloudflare ARGO $5/mo + $0.10 / GB : Cloudflare ARGO is an addon that routes traffic through a "premium" network (Not really sure how to explain). From my tests, it increased my site speed a lot.

- Facebook ads : My main traffic source as stated above is Facebook Ads. Since my personal ads account is disabled, I'm working on a business account.

That's facebook ads mate, 25$ would get you 10 leads but for getting 20 leads you would need more than 50 bucks.
In other words, facebook ads is unpredictable, and scaling costs money, but try to look at your profit, if you profit 170 which is more than what you did yesterday, it's good.

What i would try if i was you is creating some LAA for clicks to website and check if it will work, and of course don't kill it the first day, let it optimize !

How do you scale by the way ? Did you just edit the adset budget ? That's not something i would do. I have been doing eCom for more than a year, fb ads is sooo fragile, you should not touch your working adset, duplicate it or whatever but if you have a working adset just leave it alone !

PS: I am starting something similar now, will let you know how it works.
