Google Accepts or Not?

I made an opt-in page. Connect it through Get-response and Mailchimp and AWeber then I redirect my affiliate link with the help of email marketing services such as MailChimp, AWeber. What will happen then? Google Accepts this method or this is also against there policies because Google doesn't like affiliate links.
Kindly give me your expert opinion

I am already aware but I had no idea that it would be possible with Adwords as well.
