[.se] Domain Name Gets Deactivated

Hi BHW,

My .se domain got deactivated today. Here's the domain status from WHOIS:
status: serverRenewProhibited
status: serverHold
status: pendingDelete

Anyone encounter this kind of issue before?

Does anyone have suggestions on this kind of issue?

My domain is just one month old, and I have already paid for a 1-year subscription. It gets deactivated today.

Also, guys, stay away from Shinjiru if you are planning to buy .se, .to, .cc domain. Their support for these domains is SUCKS because they are a reseller.

My revenue and traffic went downhills. F this feeling man.


EDIT: @Shinjiru Int Any explanation? I have submitted ticket (TWICE) for the past 15 hours) and contacted you guys on Skype. Until just now I only got one email reply from you guys, stating that: Unfortunately, they are closed now. Their operating hours are from Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (GMT +8). So, WTF? I have been submitting tickets and contacting you guys during work hours and now you only replied me stating this is closed. LOL, so my website is going to be offline for the next 12 hours. How many fucking revenues and traffic have been lost.

Nope. I don't even know what is warez...

It's a streaming site, that's why I am using offshore domain, where they claim their domain (.se, .to .cc) are "No DMCA shutdown". But I doubt it is from court order because my website is just one month old.

Update: So, .se domain has new policy that requires registry to submit passport verification along with two other identity card.

Fellow BHW member, any recommend domain extension that does not have such policy?

Your case seems like domain of Fmovies, now they change their domain to .is and .to.
Maybe you should use those domains too

Yes Exactly. .se domain has DMCA shutdown now. Shinjiru.com should change their marketing page and inform their user about this new policy.

Try to use Skype to contact them. They only refunded me partially. I already gave up pursuing them and just eat the loss, grow up and move on.

Hopefully, they will refund you too.

@AppleBanana , @nickcookies Thanks for the warning. Any recommend domain .to or .co, .cc, etc? But .org and ..ru was taken by the owner. So I'm trying to find to buy a domain. Which I can use PayPal only, but not creditcard.
