I found that if you disable "Authentication" then turn it back on the proxies start working...for me atleast

I have shoot the both of you a private message, the proxies are all online but might a domain might be blocked which causes them to be offline.

I deleted the restrictions of liking / reposting and so on.
It is still better to use IPv4 proxies instead of IPv6, but if IPv6 is working for you stick to that since it is a lot cheaper .

All connection issues are solved!

Best would be to go for IPv4 proxies if you want to follow and like, in my experience.
