For the reseller panel, if one of my customers opens a ticket - do I deal with it on my end, or does followiz deal with ticket? Seems like it would be a tedious task since I wouldn't have the same amount of control that followiz has

I just checked your ticket and found the issue. Do not put less then at least 6 hours on dripfeed delivery time. So subs will be send every 6 hours, before that, subs are not send and the system does not detect the new start count as the subs havent been delivered, especially that you did put 30 minutes

I see you refunded that and also you have removed those fb likes, because they are not working well, so it's not my fault.
I know you dont want to deal with that, but you must deal with your problems, and not telling me that "according to tos you have no rights" and similar shit... i will close pp dispute in couple of days when i get some time.

So pretty much ordering Facebook page followers is useless now, all of them drop like crazy, they say, that they will refill, just wait 48 hours. 48 hours later even more followers drop. When you order new followers, even those dont arrive, im waiting on a few order for over a day, even thou it says 1h start time.

We cannot do anything for this issue as it's mentioned in the FAQ and the TOS. You have to put longer delay when you do dripfeed orders especially on youtube subs

Yes but very very slow, in the description says 5k per day. But my orders are going 24 hours now but at still 10-30 likes :/
